Movement Standards
Please note that this competition is typically a little more technical across the teams of 4 where we would expect at least one from each pair to be able to perform the following movements. Again, we will offer scales on the day which will automatically score you below teams performing the RX movements.

Snatch up to 60/45 KBS 24/16
Dumbbell 22.5/15 Wall balls 9/6
GYMNASTICS/SKILLS:
Pull ups/ C2B / MU
HSPU
Toes to Bar or Rings
Rope Climbs
Wall walks
Double Unders
MONOSTRUCTURAL FOR ALL CATEGORIES: Row/Ski/Bike/Running
Facilities:
Free parking, toilets and showers - all available on site. Snacks / drinks available onsite and nearby.
